Cargoson Integration

Ongoing has integrated Cargoson directly into their WMS, letting users book transport and manage shipments without leaving the warehouse system. The integration works in two modes: semi-automatic and fully automatic.

Semi-Automatic Mode

Users can request freight quotes directly from Ongoing orders or shipments. Cargoson displays available carriers with pricing from personal pricelists, lead times, and CO₂ emissions. Users select their preferred carrier and book the shipment, then print labels, CMRs, and waybills directly in Ongoing.

Fully Automatic Mode

Users pre-select carriers in Ongoing, and shipments are booked automatically to those carriers. Labels and tracking links are sent back to Ongoing without manual intervention.
