After activating the freight transport module in Standard Books, a new tab will be added to the Order, Shipment and Purchase Order cards: Cargoson.

Price requests

Transport price inquiries can be sent on the Order and Purchase Order cards. The planned shipment date must be added to the Order or Purchase Order, and then you can press Fill data. Check and add the required data and press Send request.

Quotes can be viewed by clicking the button View quotes. Based on a quotation, you can send a transport order by pressing Add transport.

Transport orders

Transport orders can be forwarded to your carriers in Standard Books from the following base documents

Order (Tellimus)
Assignment (Lähetus)
Purchase Order (Ostutellimus)

The shipment data is copied from the base document, but it is possible to change them manually if necessary.

Shipping labels

After completing the transport order, you can open and print the package labels directly from your Standard Books dashboard. To do this, press the Print label button on the Order or Shipment card.

Shipment tracking

The shipment tracking link is stored in your Standard Books environment and can be accessed by clicking the Tracking button.
