Where do transport orders get their data from?
Transport orders are created from sales orders, sales return orders, service orders, warehouse shipments, and transfer orders.

Do I still need to log into carrier portals?
No. Direct connection with carriers is provided through Cargoson. Book transport and print labels directly from Business Central.

Do I need a Cargoson account?
Yes, a Cargoson account is required to access carrier rates and services through the API.

Will my carrier rates change?
No - Cargoson will not come between your relationship with your carriers. Your current contracts with carriers will continue.

Can I cancel orders?
Yes, if the transport order has been sent but not yet processed by the carrier, you can cancel it from within the extension.

Can I print and send documents with shipments?
Yes, all documentation relevant to your shipment can be printed together with the shipping label.

How does tracking work?
Track and trace links are created when booking transport orders and saved on both the transport order and source documents. These links can be sent to customers via email.

Can I enable third party billing?
Yes, creating cost centers allows you to book shipments on behalf of third parties.

What if my carrier isn't available?
If your preferred carrier is not available, just contact [email protected] and request to integrate this carrier to Cargoson's carrier network. This is free for you, and carrier integrations are Cargoson's priority!
